Terms of purchase
These terms apply when you order a cake on our website. Last updated 21 October 2026.
Seller
Café Crema Stockholm AB, company reg. no. 559254-9025, Lindhagensgatan 149, 112 15 Stockholm. Email us at info@cafecrema.se. You'll find the cafés' phone numbers on our contact page.
Ordering
You choose a cake, size and any add-ons, and which café and day you'd like to collect it. You can collect it at the earliest the day after you order and at the latest 60 days ahead.
The purchase is complete when the payment has gone through. You'll then receive an order confirmation by email. Check that it's correct and get in touch right away if anything is wrong.
If we can't bake your cake, or if a price has obviously been wrong, we'll contact you and refund the full amount.
Prices and payment
Prices are given in Swedish kronor including VAT. You'll see the total amount at checkout before you pay.
You pay straight away when you order, by card, Klarna or Swish. Payment is handled by Stripe. If you pay with Klarna, Klarna's terms also apply.
Pickup
Collect the cake from the café and on the day you chose, during the café's opening hours. Give your name or show the order confirmation.
Cakes are perishable goods. If you don't collect the cake on the agreed day we can't keep it, and your payment won't be refunded. Keep the cake cold and preferably eat it within two days.
Right of withdrawal, changes and cancellation
The right of withdrawal doesn't apply to cakes, as they are perishable goods that quickly go off (Chapter 2, Section 11, point 4 of the Swedish Act on Distance Contracts and Off-Premises Contracts).
If you want to change or cancel your order, get in touch as soon as possible at info@cafecrema.se or call the café. Changes and refunds for cancellations are made by agreement with us.
Allergies
What the cakes contain is stated in the description of each cake, and there are more answers under FAQ. Everything we bake is made in the same place, so traces of all allergens may occur. Write any allergies under requests when you order.
Complaints
You have the right to complain about faults under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act. Look at the cake when you collect it and tell us right away if anything isn't right. If you notice a fault later, contact us as soon as possible, preferably the same day, and please keep the cake or take a picture. A complaint made within two months of noticing the fault is always made in time.
If the cake is faulty, we'll arrange a new cake, a price reduction or your money back. Refunds are made to the same payment method you used.
Disputes
If you're not satisfied with how we've handled your case, you can turn to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm.
Force majeure
We're not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as power cuts, decisions by authorities or extreme weather. If we then can't deliver, we'll refund what you've paid.
Personal data
We describe how we handle your personal data in our privacy policy.
Other orders
Food and gift cards that you buy through our online ordering and orders through Foodora, Uber Eats or Wolt are covered by the terms where you shop.
Business customers pay by invoice or in store. For them, what we've agreed with the company applies, and otherwise these terms where applicable. The Swedish Consumer Sales Act and the rules on the right of withdrawal don't apply to purchases made by companies.
Changes
We may change these terms. The terms in force when you ordered apply to your purchase.
